It's a new year, and just like all of you, we have come up with some new year’s resolutions that we plan to follow through with.
A new year means a new beginning and a clean slate to work with, and we intend to change ourselves for the better to give our customers better service.
Here are our resolutions for 2020.
Resolution 1. Provide Back-Up Generators for Those That Need Them During this Bushfire Season.
The next few months are going to be hard since we are currently in the middle of the worst bushfire season in Australia’s history, with large parts of the country closed off and others without power due to these terrible fires. In the case of people going without power, we feel it's our duty to help provide back power generators for those that need them.
Resolution 2. Improve and Update Our Current Skill Set.
We never want to stay the same and only fix things we know how to fix because we believe that in order to be the best, we can't just do the same things over and over again. It's for this reason that we have decided to continue our pursuit of electronic learning in order to provide different services that other companies just can't.
Resolution 3. Provide More Services For Our Customers
We want to be known as the electricians that can do it all and to provide our customers with more services than any other company our there, and to do this we will continue to add services to our repertoire over this coming year.
Resolution 4. Continue To evolve With Time Changing Times
Our company has always been in line with the changes in society, and we will change how we run our business based on what our customers need. For example, we started providing 24/7 services because a lot of problems were starting to occur outside of our business hours. So, in 2020, you can expect us to change according to how you need us to change because at the end of the day we are here to help you.
2020 will be a great year, and we can't wait to see what this new year brings us.

It's always exciting to start a new year with our heads filled with all the things we want to do and change. However, during these next few months, please spare some of your thoughts to those that have been affected by the bushfires.
